Question:
How much do you charge for servicing our listings in the Point2 Agent NLS?

Answer:
You will purchase listing credits. Listing credits are sold in groups of 10. Each credit equals one new listing entry. You will receive the following:

1. Listing data and pictures will be added into your Point2 Agent site or Point2 NLS account.
2. Listing will be added to Craig’s List
3. We will email you the listing brochure for each of your listings.
4. We will manage your listings from sale to close or expired

Question:
Will I be charged if there are any changes in status to the original listing?

Answer:
No, your $10 covers the life of that listing, however if you expire a listing and create a New status for the listing, this will be charged 1 credit to add the listing.

Question:
With the standard version of Point2 or Point2 NLS listings are only active for 100 days and then self expire.  How will you be able to manage this scenario?.

Answer:
Great question, Point2 will email you when your listing is about to expire.  When you receive this email warning, simply notify us and we will update your listing.

Just fill out the registration form. Purchase your credits and set us up on your MLS system as a prospect.
